Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters to us, so here is exactly what we collect, why we collect it, and what your rights are. No small print.
What we collect
When you send us a message through our contact form, we ask for your name and email address, and optionally your Instagram handle or website and a short message. When you buy a workshop pass, your order and payment details are handled by our ticketing provider, Cooltix. When you download one of our free guides, we ask for your first name and email. That is the full list.
Why we collect it
Your name and email let us respond to your message. Your Instagram handle or website helps us understand where you are starting from. If you have requested a free guide, your email is used to confirm the download and occasionally share relevant updates from us. You can unsubscribe from those at any time.
Who handles your data
Form submissions go through Netlify Forms, the hosting platform we use to run the site. They store submissions securely on their servers and you can read their own privacy policy at netlify.com/privacy. Workshop passes are sold through Cooltix, which processes your order and payment under its own privacy policy at support.cooltix.com. We also use Google Analytics to understand how people find us, and Meta Pixel to measure the reach of our content. Both of these only set cookies and track you after you click Accept on the cookie banner. Before that, Google Analytics runs in a privacy-preserving consent mode and may receive basic cookieless pings that carry no identifiers, while Meta Pixel stays switched off. If you accept, the same visit and sign-up events may also be sent to Meta from our server (Meta Conversions API) so they are measured reliably. If you decline, nothing is sent this way.
How long we keep it
We hold your data for as long as it is relevant to our work together, and no longer than two years after your last contact with us. If you would like us to delete it sooner, just reach out. See the Contact section below.
Your rights under GDPR
Because we are based in Budapest, Hungary, which is inside the EU, your data is covered by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). That gives you the right to:
Access: ask us what we hold on you.
Correct: update anything that is wrong or out of date.
Delete: ask us to erase your data entirely.
Withdraw consent: change your mind at any time, without any penalty.
Exercising any of these rights costs nothing and takes one email.
Cookies
We use cookies for analytics (Google Analytics) and ad-reach measurement (Meta Pixel). Both are off by default. You choose whether to enable them using the banner that appears on your first visit. When you accept, the same visit and sign-up events may also be sent to Meta from our server (Meta Conversions API) so they are measured reliably, and if you decline, nothing is sent this way. You can change your mind at any time by clearing your browser's site data for thevisibilityhub.net, which will reset the banner.
